Welcome to Pacha Amor. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

Our Story

Pacha Amor was born in Montreal, Canada, out of a deep love for the Andes and everything that comes from there. We import baby alpaca, alpaca and Pima cotton garments directly from Andean communities in Peru, bringing their warmth and craftsmanship closer to you. We also create mini books with healing writing prompts, affirmations and mindfulness tools because we believe that taking care of yourself goes beyond what you wear. Everything we do is rooted in intention, warmth and community.

Our Products

We offer soft, luxurious garments made from baby alpaca, alpaca and Pima cotton, ethically imported from Peru. We also offer soulful mini books designed to help you slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself through healing writing prompts, daily affirmations and mindfulness practices.

Digital Products

All digital products sold by Pacha Amor, including but not limited to mini books, journals, and downloadable content, are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and waive any right to a refund after delivery. In the unlikely event that you experience a technical issue preventing access to your digital product, please contact us at hola@pachaamor.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.

Digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed in any form without written permission from Pacha Amor. Unauthorized distribution of our digital content is a violation of our intellectual property rights.

Please note that digital products cannot be exchanged for physical products or store credit.

Our Materials

Baby alpaca is the softest and finest alpaca fiber, naturally hypoallergenic and incredibly warm. Alpaca is durable, soft and perfect for everyday wear. Pima cotton is one of the finest cottons in the world, grown in Peru and loved for its smoothness and quality. All our materials are ethically sourced from Andean communities in Peru.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify.

Shipping

We ship internationally from Montreal, Canada. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Pacha Amor is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details. All sales are final. Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery at hola@pachaamor.com.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are a great way to secure your favorite pieces before they arrive, with an exclusive 10% discount as a thank you for your patience and trust and a digital surprise. Pre-order items are imported directly from Peru and may take 3 to 5 weeks to arrive. Pre-order sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, logos and designs belong to Pacha Amor and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Pacha Amor is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
